关于召开“第一届国际（长沙）稻田生态种养发展论坛”的通知（第一轮）

    作为作物学科创新发展的重要方向和“全球重要农业文化遗产”，稻田生态种养已经历数千年的发展，近年来尤其得到广泛的关注。为促进作物学科联合发展，总结和展示国内外稻田生态种养的成果与经验，推动稻田生态种养进一步发展与合作，由湖南农业大学等单位主办“第一届（2019年）国际稻田生态种养发展论坛”。届时将邀请国内外知名专家做主题报告，围绕稻田粮、油、鱼、禽复合生产，共同探讨产前、产中、产后的经营模式、技术模式和生产模式，分享各国农业特别是中国稻田生态种养的发展经验，发布稻田生态种养的最新成果等。 

欢迎国内外从事水稻、油菜栽培、育种、制种、稻米产业，鱼禽饲养、育种、育苗、鱼禽产业研究与管理的专家学者、科研人员、种子企业人员、学生参加本届国际稻田生态种养发展论坛。现将大会相关事项通知如下： 

一、大会名称 

第一届国际（长沙）稻田生态种养发展论坛

时间：2019年9月6～8日。9月6日报到；9月7日上午“第一届国际（长沙）稻田生态种养发展论坛”开幕式、大会特邀报告，9月7日下午分论坛报告；9月8日稻田生态种养模式与技术展示基地参观。 

地点：湖南·长沙 

语言：中文、英文

五、论坛内容 

1. 论坛主题。加强稻田生态种养文化与技术交流，促进科技与产业融合发展 

2. 主要内容。 

（1）国际稻田生态种养发展论坛。主要内容：稻田生态种养发展历程与前景；稻田生态种养文化与传承；稻、油、鱼、禽新品种的创制与发展；稻田生态种养模式的创新发展与效益；基于多熟制的稻田生态种养发展；稻田生态种养机械的创新与进步；种业发展对稻田生态种养产业的促进；稻田生态种养产业的振兴；稻田生态种养产品贸易与交流。 

将邀请国内外著名稻田生态种养专家作大会和分会报告，大会和分会报告分别为4人、30人左右，时间分别为40、20分钟。 

（2）成立国际稻田生态种养发展论坛理事会。为促进稻田生态种养科学、技术与产业的持续发展，加强稻、油、鱼、禽等领域的交流与合作，使稻田生态种养多元化长远发展，将借本次会议之际成立稻田生态种养理事会。届时将通过选举产生“稻田生态种养发展论坛理事会”。通过稻田生态种养理事会统筹安排往后稻田生态种养学科交流会议的时间、地点等，同时也可参与对企业或大户进行技术指导工作，为稻田生态种养工作的有序开展提供组织后盾。 

（3）专用水稻品种与稻作技术展示。在长沙市长沙县建立展示基地，面积200亩左右，展示适于稻田生态种养的世界各国水稻新品种、新技术。新品种展示将分为一季稻区和晚稻区进行；新模式展示包括稻鱼、稻鸭、稻鸡等模式；新技术包括综合种养、机械化种植等技术，统一栽培管理。大会期间将组织全体代表前往参观，其他时间供科技人员及农民参观交流。 

（4）会议论文征集。会议将提前编辑会议论文专辑（期刊为《作物研究》，通过中国知网传播）。论文要求未发表过并具有创新性，格式要求请参见《作物研究》投稿指南。评选优秀论文全文刊出，其他投稿会议论文刊登摘要信息（中、英文摘要），要求1000字以内。论文投稿截止时间为2019年7月31日。论文通过电子邮件发至：gjdtstzy@163.com，逾期不再受理。

Dear colleagues and friends, 

 Paddy eco-production is one of the “Globally important agricultural cultural heritages”, and has experienced thousands of years of development and has received extensive attention in recent years. In order to systematically summarize and demonstrate the previous achievements and experiences of previous work, and promote the further development and cooperation of paddy eco-production, we are delighted to invite you to the 1^st International Development Forum for Paddy Eco-production (IDFPE1) in Changsha, from the 6^th to 8^th of September, 2019. We will invite experts having outstanding achievement around the world to give theme reports, explore production model, business model and technology model on paddy eco-production, share the experience and show the latest achievements of paddy eco-production development. 

 One of the specific targets of IDFPE1 is to establish a council for paddy eco-production, vigorously promote the sustainable development of paddy eco-production. On behalf of the conference organizer, we warmly welcome contributions from rice and rapeseed cultivation, animal science, ecology, seed industry, rice industry, fish and poultry industry etc. to Changsha. 

 Changsha is the capital city of Hunan province in China, the hometown of Chairman Mao Zedong, a permanent spring-like, summer rainy city, and at 5 hours by high-speed rail from Beijing, China. Rice production plays a central role in Hunan’s agriculture, thought has a great influence worldwide. The research and practice of paddy eco-production in Hunan province has been carried out for decades, and formed mature operation modes. This conference will present the opportunity to gain the advanced knowledge and information from the various initiatives towards the development of paddy eco-production, such as environmentally-friendly paddy production, paddy landscape agriculture, paddy aquatic agriculture etc. Field visits will be offered in this conference, the location presents an ideal setting for a meeting like this. We look forward to welcoming you in Changsha in August 2019. We hope we can use this conference to contribute together to a more intelligent and efficient paddy system. 

 Vision and mission 

 1.      IDFPE1 will be an opportunity to extend the collaborations with major agronomy societies around the world as well as with scientific societies in other disciplines or international institutions or initiatives with an interest in paddy eco-production. We aim at communicating achievements and experience in paddy eco-production from worldwide, exploring sustainable production model, business model and technology model on paddy eco-production. 

2.      The theme of IDFPE1 conference is “Strengthen cultural and technology exchange of the paddy eco-production, promote the integrate development of technology and industry”. We mainly involve research on the integrate production of rice, oil crop, fish, and poultry; the development and inheritance of paddy eco-production culture; the creation and development of supporting varieties for the paddy eco-production system; the innovation and evaluation of paddy eco-production model; the sustainable development of paddy eco-production model based on multi-cropping; the research and innovation of supporting machine for the paddy eco-production system; the promotion of seed industry to paddy eco-production; the revitalization and development of paddy eco-production industry. 

3.      Field visits will also be arranged in 8^th September, 2019. We have established a field base of Changsha County, with an area of about 15 hectares, to showing the supporting new rice varieties, new technologies and new models of paddy eco-production. The new models include rice-fish, rice-duck, rice-chicken and other models; the new technologies include paddy ridge planting eco-technology, mechanized planting techniques, etc. During the conference, all representatives will be organized to visit. 

4.      The targeted audience is max 200 participants with a balance between scientific presentations, workshops (with enough time for both presentations and interaction among participants) and stimulation of international collaboration. 

5.      After the opening ceremony, four keynote speeches will be organized and projected in the morning of 7^th September 2019, and mini-symposia proposals will be arranged in sessions in the afternoon of 7^th September, 2019. Here, we call for mini-symposia proposals, oral presentations (20 minutes max). The proposals should show paddy eco-production research, technology, model, and stories.
